1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Aqlent (“Aqlent”, “we”, “us”) designs, configures, installs, and trains AI Employees for business workflows. This policy covers the public Aqlent website, the quotation flow, and related sales communications. It does not replace any separate agreement governing an AI Employee deployment for a client.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. A quotation request can include your name, WhatsApp number, email address, business name, industry, workflow, bottleneck, intended timing, expected budget, and any notes you choose to submit. We also record your acknowledgement that Aqlent may contact you about the request.
Technical and attribution information. We process the page URL, referrer, browser and device information, IP address, user agent, and security signals needed to operate and protect the website and quotation flow. If you allow measurement, we also collect first-touch campaign parameters (such as UTM parameters), Meta click identifiers, and the Meta _fbp/_fbc browser identifiers where available.
3. How we use information
We use quotation information to review your requirements, prepare a scoped quotation, communicate with you through the contact details you provided, operate our lead records, prevent abuse, and improve Aqlent’s sales process and services.
We use technical information to secure and operate the site, validate human submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile, understand campaign effectiveness when you permit measurement, and maintain records needed to resolve operational or legal issues.
4. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measure website and advertising performance. They are active by default unless you select Only essentials. When measurement is enabled, the browser may send a PageView and limited interaction events such as section views, scroll depth, and CTA clicks. Aqlent does not send form answers, chat messages, or mouse coordinates to browser analytics.
After a successful quotation request while measurement is enabled, Aqlent may send a matched Lead event to Meta through the Conversions API. That event can include the event ID, event source URL, IP address, browser user agent, Meta browser/click identifiers, quotation type and limited quotation metadata. To support matching, the first name, phone number, and optional email address are SHA-256 hashed before they are sent to Meta. Hashing is a protective measure, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Meta processes this information under its own terms and data policy. See the Meta Business Tools Terms. We rely on applicable legal bases required for the location where data is collected. Select Only essentials if you do not want future Meta measurement processing.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the website and respond to your request: with Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile, and data infrastructure; with Meta for website and advertising measurement unless you select Only essentials; and with authorized Aqlent operations personnel and tools used to handle quotation requests, including an internal Telegram notification channel.
We do not sell or rent quotation data. We do not provide your free-text quotation answers or sales-chat messages to Meta for Pixel analytics. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable law.
6. Cookies and controls
Essential security technologies, including Turnstile, are used to protect the form. Meta cookies and attribution storage are enabled by default for website and advertising measurement. You can select Only essentials on this page at any time to stop future Pixel events. Your browser may also provide controls to block or delete cookies; doing so can change how the website functions.
7. Retention and security
We retain quotation and operational information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, manage the prospective business relationship, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted access and service-provider controls. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
8. Your privacy rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To make a privacy request, message Aqlent through Aqlent WhatsApp with the words “Privacy request” and enough detail for us to identify the relevant interaction. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies to you. Withdrawing measurement consent affects future optional Meta measurement; it does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal or processing required to provide the quotation service.
9. Children and updates
Aqlent is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use Meta Business Tools data from or about children under 13. Do not submit information about a child. We may update this policy when our services, tools, or legal requirements change; the updated date above will show the latest version.
