Continuity

Obsidian Project Continuity

Keep useful project memory: decisions, sources, tasks, entities, and handoffs linked in one human-readable vault.

A practical starting sequence

  1. Write small, source-aware notes instead of raw chat dumps.
  2. Link each note to the relevant project, people, tools, and decisions.
  3. Store secrets only in approved secret storage—not in notes.
  4. Review open decisions and stale assumptions before acting on a project again.
